Prior to starting Creed Global Resources, LLC, Julie worked for a leading global executive recruiting firm where for 12+ years she was responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of the company’s real estate portfolio of 50 leased offices in 26 countries including lease and renewal negotiations, financial analysis and documentation of all lease commitments including capital expenditures, the office design and project management of build-outs & renovations, and all lease administration. Julie executed more than 400 lease transactions, built or renovated 65 offices in 25 countries, and oversaw a 32% reduction in operating lease expense.
